Papers in the current issue:
The November issue goes to press as the 15 th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity gets underway in Montreal. A number of papers in the current issue (Mitchell et al. and Dudley et al.) relate directly to the discussion that will be held at the COP while others highlight examples of key issues such as effective management, equitable governance and community involvement that underpin successful area-based conservation.
