Interesting and highly educating ,gives an insight to protected area management and activities at the local, national and international level.

I will like to contribute possible in the next edition ,so that the voice of conservation in Nigeria can be heard at the global arena.

Just wondering if there is a way to sign up to receive an email notification when new issues are released? i.e. a subscription notice of sorts?

A great idea. PARKS is a voluntary publication – so if you were happy to set something like this up it would be great. Thanks.

  3. Ajileye David Alaba

Its great to know about this journal by IUCN, which focuses on protecting that gift of nature that God has given to mankind. I hope you can send me notification of when new editions come up. how can i be involved in advocacy on Protected areas in Nigeria, or even Africa at large

    1. parksjournal

Thanks Ajileye. A notification goes out to all IUCN WCPA members as soon as the journal is published and each issue is highlighted in a number of biodiversity mailing lists. We would love to have a wider circulation for PARKS. We are still looking for volunteers to develop a mailing list and any suggestions asto other lists which we can publicise PARKS on would be great. And we are always look for more authors. As to you wider email WCPA is always looking for new volunteers to spread the message on PAs.
